PALCCOAT photocatalysis technical training (foreign company #1705)

We had technical training classes for an Asian company.

Studying about solution consumption.

We learn how much solution to spray and consume for per square meter while measuring time and consumption.


This is a pretreatment before photocatalyst glass coating. Remove the oil film on the glass surface with a sander attached a cerium oxide pad in order to make an inorganic state.


The area enclosed with orange on the left is a normal state where the oil film is not removed.
The area enclosed with blue on the right side is polished with a cerium oxide pad, the oil film is removed, it`s the inorganic state.
The oil film is not removed in the state of water drops.
The state of water is spreading, the oil film is removed.
